Referral programme terms

Share your unique link from /account/referrals. When a friend signs up via that link, takes their first class through Pole Club, and remains a subscriber for at least two consecutive months, we’ll credit £5 to your referral balance. Your friend gets a £5 first-class credit.

Minimum cash-out is £20. We pay out via bank transfer through Stripe. KYC checks are required before your first cash-out (Stripe Identity — passport or driving licence plus matching address). Edits to your bank details require email verification and are recorded in an audit log to meet our AML obligations.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, paid traffic, and incentive stacking (e.g. running paid Google Ads at our brand) are not permitted and will void all earnings on the relevant accounts. We reserve the right to reverse credits and cash-outs that arise from such activity.

We may change the credit amount, the qualifying period, or end the programme entirely with 30 days’ notice by email. Earned credits at the date of any change remain payable on the old terms.

Referral earnings may be taxable as miscellaneous income depending on your circumstances. You’re responsible for declaring them to HMRC where required.
